Wu Yu Liang graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1985 with a LL.B. (Second Upper Honours) degree and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1986 and of the High Court of Malaya in 1991.
Mr Wu commenced practice with the firm of Lee & Lee and was admitted as a partner of Messrs Arthur Loke and partners in 1991. In May 2000, Mr Wu established the firm Messrs Y L Wu & Co. Mr Wu is also the principal partner of Y L Wu & Co. in Malaysia In June 2007, Y L Wu & Co. merged with the practice of P K Ng, Haridas & Partners, following which WU LLC, a new law corporation was formed, with Mr Wu as the Executive Director.
He is experienced and well-versed in advising on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial issues ranging from the establishment of joint ventures and other investment vehicles to advising on corporate and debt restructuring, mergers and takeovers. He advises both local and foreign clients on suitable investment structures, regulatory compliance, and is well-versed in the mechanics, regulatory and practical aspects of the securities industry.
Mr Wu is an experienced litigator, having appeared as counsel in complex claims and disputes in a wide range of fields, including construction, corporate and commercial matters, banking, industrial relations, insolvency and matters relating to the capital markets. He has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and overseas.

Rev Dr Eric Chiam is currently the Senior Pastor of Church of Our Saviour (CHINESE) for more than 26 years and as a Vicar of St Matthew’s Church for 6 years.
Prior to the current role, he was the Personnel Manager of a Prestigious Club. He served on the board of St Andrew Mission Hospital from 2015-2016. He also served as a board member of CareCancer Society from 2006 and became the Vice President of 365 Cancer Prevention Society from 2007-2010 when CareCancer Society changed her name to 365 Cancer Prevention Society.

James Chia Song Heng, aged 65, is a Founding Director of the Pico Group and has worked in the exhibition industry for more than 40 years. He is the Group President of Pico and has overall responsibility for the Group’s business in South Asia. He is also Chairman of Pico (Thailand) Public Company Limited, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and Chairman of the MP International Group which is engaged in the management of conferences and exhibitions. He has served as an Executive Director of Pico Far East Holdings Limited till 24 March 2017.
He is happily married to Woon Yeow and they are blessed with 3 sons and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Started as a systems engineer in the defence ministry and rose to senior management positions dealing with human resource management and development, corporate planning, defence procurement and school outreach programmes development. Has extensive experience in employment scheme development, job evaluation, talent attraction, talent development, systems studies and school students engagement programme development as well as dealing with the union. An active contributor/volunteer to the society over 3 decades. Key ones are – (a) as Member of the Telok Blangah – Gillman Heights Resident Committee for 11 years; (b) as Council member of The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) for 5 years with 3 of which as its Honorary Secretary; and (c) as EXCO member of the 365 Cancer Prevention Society since 2009, and as its Honorary Secretary since 2010 and HR Chair since 2016. Served as SAF combat engineer officer and SCDF officer during national service and reservist periods. Conferred Fellows of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (FIES) membership in 1996. Received two National Day Awards for public service, or the Long Service Award (PBS) in 2001 and PPA (Bronze) in 2008. Retired from active employment in June 2017

Ms Aw Hui Mien, Jenny (“Jenny Aw”) is heading the financial and corporate services in the corporate service industry. Prior to this, Jenny is the Chief Financial Officer for various public listed companies listed in Singapore Stock Exchange as well as in private firm. She plays a vital role in leading the merger and acquisitions activities in Singapore and overseas in the corporations that she joined. She has vast experience in financial reporting, tax planning, fund raising, treasury management and risk management functions.
Jenny also supports the business operation functions, internal controls, procedures and processes to ensure good corporate governance practices for the Group. She also plays an important role as a liaison person with all stakeholders.
Ms Jenny Aw started her career with KPMG and has joined a public listed Group since 1995. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations as well as the understanding she has from the shareholders’ perspective which helps to drive performance in digital transformation in Finance and accounting.

Prof Lim received his PhD degree from the National University of Singapore in 2002 and his work involved cell growth and regulation in cancer and infectious diseases.
A successful and established entrepreneur, he also has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences research field including 2 years as a research scientist at an A*STAR funded research institute that includes a post‐doctorate attachment at the University of Minnesota, USA.
He has taught as a tutor in the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine for 2 years.
He was featured in a National leading science magazine when he won a prestigious National Conference Research Science Award among 100 top entries across the nation. He subsequently won an International Cancer Research Award at a Singapore Annual Oncology Symposium organized jointly by the John Hopkins-NUH International Medical Centre and The Cancer Institute, National Healthcare Group.
A NUS research scholar, his academic honors include placement on Dean’s List (1995) as well as the winner of the Best Honors Project Thesis in Microbiology (Lijen Industrial Development Gold Medal) at the 1997 NUS Convocation. At the college level, he graduated from the famous Raffles Junior College (Raffles Institution) in Singapore.
Prof Lim is currently the founder and CEO of the Gene Oasis Group. He is the inventor of multiple technologies, whereby these technologies have now been successfully commercialized. Prof Lim is now leading a team at Gene Oasis which collaborates with A*STAR’s Biomedical Institutes.
Apart from being a professor at both Tianjin University (China) as well as Nanyang Technology University (Singapore), Prof Lim has also been appointed as the President of the South East Asia Bird’s Nest Chamber of Commerce.
Prof Lim won the Singapore Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2011. He won the Ten Outstanding Young Person in the World (Singapore) in 2012.
