Counselling

We provide counselling (also known as talk therapy) for clients seeking to work through personal and relational challenges such as mental health concerns, caregiver stress, grief and loss and adjustment to medical illnesses. 

Creative Expressions

To better support our clients through different ways of expression, art therapy, play-based and sandtray techniques are available therapeutic modalities. The arts can stimulate our creativity and imagination, helping us to see and reflect from new angles and unravel layers within ourselves that words alone might be difficult to reach.

Therapeutic Support Programs (TSP)

We conduct workshops to provide psychoeducation and guide participants in deepening their self-awareness, bettering emotion regulation and strengthening interpersonal relationships.

Healthy Mind Talks

These are talks conducted for organisations and communities to promote mental wholeness and wellness. We also provide counselling for participants facing any personal or work-related challenges that are affecting their daily functioning or emotional well-being.
