What is the secret behind good health, rejuvenation and youth? For me, it is to exercise and maintain a regime. I firmly believe in the positive impacts of exercising and have been physically active over the past 13 years.
As I reflected upon the design of the Detox Exercise and why it makes me feel rejuvenated, I realised that it is a very comprehensive workout that tones and strengthens my legs, back, arm and body. I love every part of the exercise routine and will continue doing it for as long as I can.
Nowadays, I need to take care of my granddaughter but I also make the effort to prioritise my health. Despite my busy schedule, I still run in parks – the feeling after each run is great!
I also teach the Detox exercise in the Bukit Gombak stadium every morning from Monday to Saturday. Everyone there calls me Bee Bee. The class comprises many friends cum students and we have known each other for years. We form a very healthy and lively senior citizen community. Thanks to the Detox exercise, we are young at heart and youthful in appearance!
Anyone can join us whenever they see us without having to pay any fees. Most importantly, our group is very friendly.
Exercise is the way to youthfulness and good health. Let’s celebrate that!
