idea that organic foods can help protect against cancer compared with produce that is grown conventionally.<\/p>\n<p>There is little evidence that organic produce has higher nutrient levels than conventionally grown produce.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"127\"><strong>Suggestion<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"775\">&#8211; Organic food consumption is optional<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Healthy balanced diet is the key to provide essential nutrients to body<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Include two servings of fruits and two servings of vegetables daily (one serving is equivalent to size of a
