It has been 18 months since the outbreak of Covid-19 and we are getting somewhat battle-weary. We have been consistently challenged to adapt to changes and yet, our lives have not fully returned to normal. As we continue to cope with the uncertainties ahead, these constant changes can result in depersonalisation, emotional exhaustion and reduction of own abilities.
